About the Caliburn G4 Pro
The Uwell Caliburn G4 Pro is the touchscreen flagship of the Caliburn line. Where earlier Caliburn kits used physical buttons and LED indicators, the G4 Pro centres everything around a 2.51-inch shatter-resistant touchscreen. Wattage, mode selection, theme choice, puff counter and battery status are all accessed by tap, with stepless airflow controlled by a slider on the body itself.
Inside the device, an 1800mAh battery delivers up to 35W of adjustable power and supports USB-C fast charging at 5V/2.5A. The body is finished in premium aluminium across all 16 colourways, and the screen carries six selectable UI themes that change the on-screen look during use. The G4 Pro is built around the GPP (G Pod Platform) pod system, which means it accepts every GPP pod in the e-liquids.com Uwell range, plus older Caliburn G3 pods as a backwards-compatible option.
Storm Mode, Waves Mode and Custom Mode
The G4 Pro offers three vaping modes, each tuned to a different style of inhale. Storm Mode pushes maximum power through the coil for an immediate, intense throat hit, suited to vapers who want a punchy MTL or RDL draw. Waves Mode keeps output smoother and more even across the puff, prioritising flavour clarity and consistent vapour over impact. Custom Mode is the headline feature: it allows the start, middle and end of each puff to be set at independent wattages, so the same pod can deliver a strong opening hit, a smooth mid-draw and a warm finish in a single inhale.
GPP pod compatibility and PRO-FOCS 4.0
Every G4 Pro accepts the full GPP pod range. Resistances run from 0.4 ohm for a looser RDL draw through to 1.2 ohm for a tight cigarette-style MTL inhale, with both top-fill and side-fill formats available. The device automatically reads pod resistance and matches its output through PRO-FOCS 4.0, the latest generation of Uwell's flavour-tuning system, designed to keep the e-liquid's full aroma intact across the life of the pod. The pods themselves use Uwell's U-squared anti-leak design, combining ultrasonic welding with a U-shaped channel to keep e-liquid where it belongs.

Caliburn G4 Pro: frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the Caliburn G4 and the G4 Pro?
The G4 Pro adds a 2.51-inch touchscreen, Custom Mode (independent power control across the start, middle and end of each puff), an 1800mAh battery and 35W output. The standard G4 uses physical buttons and LED indicators, has a 1000mAh battery and offers Storm and Waves modes only. Both kits use the same GPP pod platform.
What is the difference between the standard G4 Pro and the G4 Pro KOKO?
The internals are the same: same touchscreen, same 1800mAh battery, same GPP pod compatibility, same power modes. The KOKO is housed in a flatter square chassis instead of the slim rectangular body of the standard G4 Pro. KOKO suits vapers who prefer a square pocket form, while the standard format suits those who want the slimmer profile.
Which pods fit the Caliburn G4 Pro?
The G4 Pro is built around the GPP pod platform. It accepts every GPP top-fill XL pod and every GPP side-fill XL pod across the 0.4, 0.6, 0.9 and 1.2 ohm resistances. Older Caliburn G3 pods are backwards-compatible for vapers transitioning from the G3 series.
How long does the G4 Pro battery last?
Battery life depends on the wattage setting and how often you vape. At lower MTL wattages the 1800mAh battery typically lasts a full day of regular use. At 25W or above in RDL configurations battery use is heavier and you may need to charge mid-day. USB-C fast charging at 5V/2.5A returns the device to full quickly.
What is Custom Mode?
Custom Mode lets you set three separate wattage values for the start, middle and end of every puff. The device steps through those wattages automatically as you inhale, which means a single draw can deliver a strong opening hit, a smoother mid-puff and a warm finish, all tuned to your preference. Settings are saved through the touchscreen until you change them.
Can I use nic salts in the G4 Pro?
Yes. The G4 Pro is well suited to nicotine salts, particularly with the higher-resistance GPP pods (0.9 ohm and 1.2 ohm) at MTL wattages. Lower resistance pods (0.4 ohm and 0.6 ohm) work with both nic salts and 50/50 freebase e-liquid for a looser RDL draw. Very high VG e-liquids will work but tend to wick more slowly through the GPP pod and may shorten coil life.
Is the Caliburn G4 Pro affected by the UK disposable vape ban?
No. The G4 Pro is a refillable pod kit, not a disposable. The device is rechargeable, the pods are refillable, and replacement pods are sold separately, so it sits outside the disposable vape ban and is designed for long-term reuse.
