For the verification process, we use1account, which is an industry-leading and recognised third-party system. They use independent checks with the most reliable data available to verify if you are 18 or over. These checks may include your mobile phone number, credit history, electoral roll, and/or your birth registration.
The system carries out the fewest checks possible to ensure a smooth and efficient process. In the vast majority of orders, your age can be verified instantly, and your orders shipped as normal.
What do I need to do?
When you place your order successfully, you will land on your thank you page. You will need to wait for a 1account pop-up to appear, which will look something like this:

To verify your age, 1account requires the following:
- Full Name
- Address
- Mobile Phone Number
- ID (Passport, Driving license)
- Proof of address: A bank statement, credit card bill, council tax bill, or utility bill
The address you enter for billing must reflect your current home address.
