About Caliburn G and G2 mesh pods
The Caliburn G platform was Uwell's flagship pod system before the GPP range took over with the G3 and G4 series. The original Caliburn G launched with a 690mAh battery, the G2 followed with a 750mAh battery and adjustable airflow on the base of the pod, and both kits are still in regular use across the UK. Mesh pods sit at the heart of the system: each pod combines the 2ml e-liquid chamber with a press-fit mesh coil, replacing the slower wire coil designs of older Caliburn pods.
Refilling is top-fill. Lift the silicone plug at the top of the pod, drip your e-liquid in below the maximum line, and seal the plug back down. The pod stays seated in the device throughout. The mesh construction heats more evenly than a traditional wire coil, which keeps flavour cleaner across the life of the pod and reduces the dry hits that can come at the end of an older coil's lifespan.
Compatible Caliburn devices
Caliburn G mesh pods fit the original Uwell Caliburn G platform of devices, which includes the Caliburn G, Caliburn G2, Caliburn KOKO Prime, Caliburn GK2 and Caliburn GZ2 kits. They are not interchangeable with the newer GPP pod platform used by the Caliburn G3, G4 and G5 series, and they will not fit Caliburn G3 replacement pod devices either. If your kit was made before the G3 launched in 2023, the pods on this page are the right ones.
Caliburn G vs GPP platform: which is which?
Two platforms are commonly confused. The original Caliburn G platform uses 0.8 ohm and 1.2 ohm mesh pods, fits the Caliburn G, G2, KOKO Prime and related kits, and refills via a silicone plug at the top of the pod. The newer GPP platform uses 0.4 ohm, 0.6 ohm, 0.9 ohm and 1.2 ohm pods, fits the Caliburn G3, G4 and G5 series, and offers either top fill or side fill formats. The pods are not cross-compatible between the two platforms even where the resistance number matches.
Mesh coil flavour and pod life
The mesh coil inside each pod is built for even heat distribution across the wicking surface, which translates directly into better flavour clarity and more consistent vapour from the first puff to the last. Most adult vapers find a single Caliburn G mesh pod lasts between one and two weeks of regular use before flavour starts to drop off and the pod needs replacing. Sweeter or heavier VG e-liquids tend to shorten coil life, while 50/50 PG/VG nic salts at the recommended wattage typically deliver the longest run from each pod.

Will Caliburn G mesh pods fit my Caliburn G3 or G4?
No. Caliburn G mesh pods only fit the older Caliburn G platform (G, G2, KOKO Prime, GK2, GZ2). The Caliburn G3 and G4 series use the newer GPP platform. If you own a G3, G4 or G5 series device, you'll want the GPP top fill pods or the GPP side fill pods instead.
Which resistance Caliburn G pod should I choose?
Pick by inhale style. The 1.2 ohm pod is the tight cigarette-style MTL option, ideal for higher-strength nic salts at lower wattages. The 0.8 ohm pod is looser and warmer, leaning towards a restricted DL inhale with more vapour and a smoother throat hit. Both work well with 50/50 PG/VG e-liquids.
How do I refill a Caliburn G mesh pod?
Lift the silicone plug at the top of the pod, insert the nozzle of your e-liquid bottle into the fill port, and drip until the e-liquid sits just below the maximum line. Press the plug firmly back down, wait two to three minutes for the coil to wick through, and the pod is ready to vape.
How long does a Caliburn G mesh pod last?

Refill below the line, draw with a steady inhale, and check the plug seats firmly after every refill.
