About the OXVA Xlim Go pod kit
The OXVA Xlim Go is the entry point into the Xlim series and one of the most popular refillable pod kits in the UK for vapers switching from disposables. It has no buttons or menus — the device fires automatically when you inhale and adjusts wattage automatically based on whichever pod resistance you insert. The adjustable airflow slider on the side lets you switch between a tighter MTL draw and a looser RDTL draw without any other settings to change.
The Xlim Go uses the same Xlim V3 pod format as the Xlim Go 2, Xlim Pro 2 and Xlim Pro 3, meaning pods bought for any of those devices will also fit this one. The included 0.8 ohm pod suits nic salt and 50/50 freebase e-liquids for a smooth MTL draw. Swapping to a 0.6 ohm pod opens up a looser RDTL draw with more vapour. A 1.2 ohm pod gives the tightest, most cigarette-like draw. All pods are top-fill, so you refill without removing the pod from the device. What pods are compatible with the OXVA Xlim Go?
The OXVA Xlim Go is compatible with all Xlim V2 side-fill pods and Xlim V3 top-fill pods across 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.2 ohm resistances. It also accepts Xlim stainless steel pods. The device comes supplied with a 0.8 ohm Xlim V3 top-fill pod. Higher resistance pods (0.8 and 1.2 ohm) suit nic salt and 50/50 e-liquids for MTL vaping. Lower resistance pods (0.4 and 0.6 ohm) give a looser RDTL draw with more vapour.
How do I refill the OXVA Xlim Go?
The Xlim V3 pod supplied with the Xlim Go uses top-fill, meaning you do not need to remove the pod from the device to refill. Open the rubber stopper on the top of the pod, add your nic salt or 50/50 e-liquid, reseal the stopper and wait 2 to 3 minutes for the coil to soak before vaping to avoid dry hits.
What is the difference between the OXVA Xlim Go and the Xlim Go 2?
The Xlim Go 2 has a larger 1500mAh battery versus the Xlim Go's 1000mAh and claims up to five days battery life compared to around two days for the Xlim Go. Both use the same Xlim V3 pods and both are draw-activated with no screen or buttons. The Xlim Go 2 is slightly heavier but offers significantly more battery life between charges. Both are good beginner kits — the Xlim Go 2 is the better choice if battery longevity is the priority.
What e-liquid should I use with the OXVA Xlim Go?
The OXVA Xlim Go works best with nic salt or 50/50 freebase vape juice with the included 0.8 ohm pod. OXVA's own OX Passion nic salts are formulated specifically to work with Xlim pods and are a natural pairing. Any quality nic salt or 50/50 e-liquid will also perform well. High VG shortfills above 60% VG are not recommended for MTL pods as the liquid is too thick to wick properly at low wattage.
