About OXVA Xlim V3 replacement pods
The Xlim V3 is the current standard pod format for the Xlim series, replacing the older V2 side-fill pods. The key improvement over V2 is the top-fill design — you open a rubber stopper on the top of the pod and fill without removing it from the device. This reduces mess and makes refilling faster. The anti-leak structure keeps e-liquid contained even during travel.
The built-in mesh coil heats e-liquid more evenly than older wound coil designs, which translates to better flavour and longer pod life. The 0.8 ohm pod is the most popular choice for everyday MTL vaping with nic salts and typically lasts one to three weeks depending on usage. The 0.6 ohm is the best all-round choice if you prefer a slightly looser draw with more vapour. The 1.2 ohm gives the tightest, most cigarette-like draw and suits heavy smokers using 20mg nic salts. The 0.4 ohm is for vapers who want the loosest draw at the higher end of the Xlim's 30W output.
Xlim V3 pods are compatible with all current Xlim kits. Note: the 0.4 ohm pod is not compatible with older Xlim devices including the Xlim SE Bonus Classic and Xlim SE Bonus. For the Xlim Pro 2 DNA, V3 pods work in wattage mode only — temperature control requires Xlim stainless steel pods with SS coils.
How to fill Xlim V3 pods
- Leave the pod in the device — no need to remove it to refill
- Locate the rubber stopper on the top of the pod
- Pull back the rubber stopper to reveal the fill port
- Insert the nozzle of your e-liquid bottle and squeeze gently to fill
- Reseal the rubber stopper firmly
- Allow the coil to prime for 3 to 5 minutes before vaping

OXVA Xlim V3 pods: frequently asked questions
Which Xlim V3 pod resistance is best for nic salts?
The 0.8 ohm pod is the most popular choice for nic salts at 12 to 18W, giving a smooth and balanced MTL draw. The 1.2 ohm gives a tighter, more cigarette-like draw at 10 to 12W and suits 20mg nic salts particularly well for heavy smokers. The 0.6 ohm can also be used with nic salts if you prefer a slightly looser draw with more vapour at 20 to 25W.
What Xlim kits are Xlim V3 pods compatible with?
Xlim V3 pods are compatible with all current Xlim series kits: Xlim Go, Xlim Go 2, Xlim Pro 2, Xlim Pro 2 DNA, Xlim Pro 3, Xlim 3 Ultra, Xlim SQ Pro 2 and Xlim Classic. The 0.4 ohm is not compatible with older Xlim SE Bonus devices. V3 pods are not compatible with NeXlim, VPrime or Oneo devices.
What is the difference between Xlim V3 pods and Xlim V2 pods?
The key difference is the fill method. V3 pods use top-fill — you open a rubber stopper at the top and refill without removing the pod from the device. V2 pods use side-fill, requiring you to remove the pod and open a rubber bung on the side. V3 pods also have an improved anti-leak structure and upgraded mesh coils for better flavour and longer pod life. Both formats are compatible with the same Xlim devices.
How long do Xlim V3 pods last?
Most Xlim V3 pods last one to three weeks depending on how much you vape and which wattage you use. Heavy vapers may get through a pod in a week. Lighter vapers regularly report two to three weeks. When flavour starts to taste muted, burnt or weaker than usual it is time to replace the pod.
