About PockeX replacement coils
PockeX coils are described as atomizer heads rather than coils or pods, reflecting the traditional tank-style design of the PockeX AIO. The coil unit screws into the underside of the top cap of the device. When you unscrew the top cap to refill, the coil comes out with it. Changing the coil involves unscrewing the old atomizer from the cap, screwing in the new one, dripping a few drops of e-liquid onto the cotton, refitting the cap and waiting 5 to 10 minutes before vaping.
The 0.6 ohm coil is pre-installed in every PockeX AIO kit and gives a slightly warmer, more airy RDTL draw with more vapour production. It suits lower nicotine freebase or nic salt at up to 10mg. The 1.2 ohm coil is included as a spare in every PockeX kit box and gives a tighter, cooler MTL draw closer to a cigarette. It suits nic salt at 10mg to 20mg. Both coils are cross-compatible across every PockeX AIO version.

Aspire PockeX coils: frequently asked questions
Are PockeX coils compatible with all PockeX AIO versions?
Yes. The 0.6 and 1.2 ohm PockeX U-Tech atomizers are compatible with all versions of the PockeX AIO including the standard, Rose Gold, Rainbow, Anniversary Pink Gradient, Anniversary Black and White Gradient and PockeX Glass editions. All use the same top cap and coil connection.
How do I change the coil on a PockeX AIO?
Unscrew the top cap from the device. The coil is attached to the underside of the cap. Unscrew the old coil from the cap and screw in the new one. Drip a few drops of e-liquid directly onto the exposed cotton of the new coil. Refill the tank via the now-open top, screw the cap back on and leave the device upright for 5 to 10 minutes before the first puff. This priming step is essential to avoid burning the new coil on first use.
How long do PockeX coils last?
Most PockeX coils last one to two weeks with regular use. High-sweetener e-liquids shorten coil life by leaving residue on the coil. Using 50/50 or nic salt e-liquid with fewer sweeteners extends life. A darkening colour in the tank liquid, reduced flavour or a burnt taste are the main signs a new coil is needed. Always prime the coil before first use to get the full lifespan from each coil.
