About the Vaporesso XROS 4 Nano pod kit
The XROS 4 Nano introduced a different form factor to the XROS 4 family — a compact square body rather than the slim pen-style design of the XROS 4 Mini. The 1.3 inch circular TFT screen is the headline feature, showing battery percentage, wattage or mode, and puff count. Three themes — Flower, Motorcycle and Universe — include animations that play when you take a draw. The screen is stealth when not in use and only activates when you vape or press the button, preserving battery.
Like the XROS Pro, wattage control in 0.5W increments is only available when the 0.4 ohm pod is installed. All other resistances (0.6 to 1.2 ohm) switch to three-mode operation: ECO, Normal and Power. The 1350mAh battery is larger than the 1000mAh in the XROS 4 Mini and Vaporesso claims up to 4 days on a single charge for light users. All XROS pods including COREX 3.0 are compatible, so upgrading to newer pods is possible without replacing the device.

What is the difference between the XROS 4 Nano and the XROS 4 Mini?
The XROS 4 Nano has a 1.3 inch colour TFT screen, a button for manual firing, a larger 1350mAh battery and a square form factor. The XROS 4 Mini has no screen, no button, a 1000mAh battery and a slim pen-style body. Both have adjustable airflow and COREX 2.0 pod compatibility. Choose the Nano for the screen and larger battery. Choose the Mini for the simpler, lighter, cheaper option.
Why does wattage control only work with the 0.4 ohm pod?
The XROS 4 Nano only shows and adjusts wattage in 0.5W increments when the 0.4 ohm pod is installed, because that pod requires more precise power control for RDTL vaping at higher wattages. With all other pods — 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 ohm — the device uses a simpler three-mode system: ECO, Normal and Power. This is the same approach used across the XROS Pro range, keeping the interface simple for MTL vapers who do not need precise wattage tuning.
Are COREX 3.0 pods compatible with the XROS 4 Nano?
Yes, COREX 3.0 pods in 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 ohm are fully compatible with the XROS 4 Nano. The 0.4 ohm COREX 3.0 pod is not compatible with the XROS 4 Nano due to power constraints — use the 0.4 ohm COREX 2.0 pod instead if you want the loosest RDTL draw on this device. Fitting COREX 3.0 pods gives improved flavour and longer pod life compared to the included COREX 2.0 pods.
