About the OXVA NeXlim pod kit
The OXVA NeXlim sits outside the Xlim family and uses its own dedicated pod format. Where Xlim pods use single mesh coils, NeXlim pods fire two mesh strips simultaneously, creating a larger heating surface that produces richer, denser flavour from each puff. In Boost mode both mesh layers fire together for maximum output. In Eco mode the layers alternate, reducing heat stress and significantly extending pod life. OXVA claims up to 200% longer pod lifespan with dual mesh versus conventional single coil pods — most users report 15 to 20ml from a single pod before needing to replace it, typically two to three weeks of daily use.
The 40W maximum output is the highest in the standard OXVA range and gives vapers the option of a warmer, more intense RDTL draw that the Xlim range cannot match at 30W. The 0.85 inch colour screen displays wattage, battery, resistance and puff count and auto-rotates based on device orientation. Three UI themes — Cyberpunk with marquee lights, Classic for a minimal display, and Robot with AI-style animations — can be switched with four quick button presses. What is the difference between the OXVA NeXlim and the Xlim Pro 3?
The NeXlim and Xlim Pro 3 use different pod formats and different coil technology. The NeXlim uses dual mesh UniTech 2.0 coils in NeXlim-specific pods and outputs up to 40W. The Xlim Pro 3 uses single mesh UniTech 2.0 coils in Xlim V3 pods and outputs up to 30W. The NeXlim is the better choice if you want stronger flavour, a warmer RDTL draw and a higher wattage ceiling. The Xlim Pro 3 suits vapers who prefer tighter MTL vaping with nic salts and want a slimmer, lighter device. NeXlim pods are not compatible with Xlim devices and vice versa.
What is the difference between Boost mode and Eco mode on the OXVA NeXlim?
In Boost mode both dual mesh layers in the NeXlim pod fire simultaneously, producing maximum flavour and vapour output. You get 600 to 800 puffs per charge in this mode. In Eco mode the two mesh layers alternate rather than firing together, reducing heat stress on the coil and extending both battery life and pod lifespan. You get up to 1200 puffs per charge in Eco mode. OXVA recommends Eco mode as default for everyday use and Boost mode when you want maximum flavour intensity.
Are Xlim pods compatible with the OXVA NeXlim?
No. The OXVA NeXlim uses its own dedicated NeXlim pod format. Xlim V2, V3 and EZ pods are not compatible with the NeXlim device. Similarly, NeXlim pods will not fit any Xlim device. When ordering replacement pods for the NeXlim, always select NeXlim replacement pod cartridges specifically.
How long do OXVA NeXlim pods last?
Each OXVA NeXlim pod supports 15 or more refills before the coil needs replacing, typically handling 15 to 20ml of e-liquid per pod. For most vapers this means two to three weeks from a single pod.
