Products good but customer service not so

I can’t complain about the products all good. My two complaints are the following. Because I hadn’t bought anything for a while I was sent a discount code. It didn’t work. Secondly I missed off two nicotine shots from my £62 order. I asked on WhatsApp if they could send me two out (my previous supplier use to give them free with my order). No you have to buy them at £2 each. I then asked if there would be a delivery charge. I got no response. It’s a shame really but it’s the little things that make a difference just a reply may have helped.
