COVID-19 Service Update

We realise that times are difficult during the pandemic and that many have been negatively impacted by the effects of coronavirus. However, here at, we are dedicated to making sure our services are not interrupted.

Strict measures are in place to ensure both our customer’s and our employee’s safety, including hand-washing stations, appropriate PPE (masks, gloves, screens) as well as ample social distancing. We will always ensure that packages are dispatched at the promised times for next day delivery where possible.

How COVID-19 effects UK Delivery

As of today, deliveries to the UK should run uninterrupted. We are ensuring where possible that our service remains COVID-19 secure but as functional as ever. For more information from our couriers, please see their service updates below:

How COVID-19 effects International Delivery

Due to lockdown restrictions, international deliveries may be disrupted. Orders can still be placed as normal, however there may be delays on any orders made. Check our international courier’s service update for more information.

Can I get coronavirus from a package?

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at increased risk of contracting the coronavirus. Delivery

All deliveries placed through the website are processed and dispatched in the UK. We offer two options for delivery:

Free UK delivery

  • Any orders placed before 3pm on Monday-Thursday over £20 for locations within mainland UK qualify for next day delivery (non-mainland UK 1-2 days delivery). Orders under £20 will be charged £2.99 delivery. On Fridays any orders placed before 3pm will arrive on Monday, whilst those made after 3pm will arrive on Tuesday.

EU/EEA delivery £20

  • We offer delivery to any and all EU and EEA nations for only £20. When you receive your shipping confirmation we will provide a tracking number for accurate updates. All orders placed should be received within 2 working days.

International delivery £40

  • We offer shipping to countries outside of the EU/EEA at the cost of £40.


All of our payments are processed through Viva Wallet, and you can read their terms & conditions here. Payments can be made in any card currency with no fees. Please don’t close the payment page until you’ve been returned to our order confirmation page.


We will only process a return guaranteed in an instance where the wrong order has been dispatched. All other issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

The shopper has the right to cancel within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. If the shopper does cancel their order, they will have their payment refunded within 24 hours once the goods are returned & received by If the goods have not yet been dispatched, a refund will be issued right away.

Goods must be returned in the state they were sent, unopened & unused. If the shopper has experienced an issue with the product itself, then this issue must first be raised with before the product is returned.
